When I click Book Guest Parking it just comes up “Nothing to Display” and won’t let you book anything. The same is happening with reporting any issues about your property too. This used to work fine but in the last month or so it has stopped working. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2025-10-27, version 7.1.17 (1)* I tried but I was unable to login , it showed error and incorrect email or password ### 1/5 — No usable features in this app *2025-04-15, version 7.1.17 (1)* Unfortunately the app is not usable for most of its functions. Can’t report issues as it always gives me an ‘invalid error’. Appliance manuals are in different languages. Posts load extremely slow. Clicking a push notification always gives you an error. It needs some serious testing and development. The information on the app is very out of date - events, calendar, reported issues. No value gained from this app, only frustration. ### 1/5 — To whom this May concern *2023-12-03, version 7.1.11 (0)* Unfortunately for quite some time, there is a problem with the mobile version of the Quintain living website. I am unable to scroll down on the website and look through properties and properly navigate through the site. It’s almost as if there is a block on mobile that prevents people from seeing and viewing the properties that are still available. It has been like this for months (probably almost a year) and it’s really frustrating so I decided to download the app, and to my amazement, the app is only available for residents only. I know you could easily say “we recommend you use a computer to view any of our available properties” but when I’m on the go, looking at what’s available on my phone is the better option all the time. Can someone please explain or fix this issue. ### 1/5 — The app is a failure. *2023-08-09, version 7.1.8 (0)* It took over a month to be connected to the app which the concierges direct me to try to do anything. I can’t copy the WiFi code through the app, it just comes up as ‘missing’. I can’t report the issue because when I do, it hits an error and tells me it’s an invalid input.
