O app é muito prático e muito fácil de usar, facilitou muito a burocracia de procurar apartamento, visitar e negociar com proprietário, mas os filtros deixam a desejar, vc coloca o filtro e ele mostra aps que não se encaixam no que vc pediu, acaba levando mais tempo para procurar os detalhes que são importantes para vc. 
De modo geral ajuda muito, mas acredito que ainda deve melhorar.

Comprei um apartamento pelo quinto andar, o negócio com o vendedor e não me comunicou sobre o acordo e redigiu o contrato removendo algumas cláusulas me lesando na transferência do apartamento, não utilizem essa plataforma para comprar nenhum imóvel.
