Frequently freezes, long loading times. Sometimes can’t find what I need because the page freezes before it finishes loading. Frequently have to force close the app and reopen it.

Es ist sehr praktisch für den Dienstplan die App zu nutzen… Aber es nervt wenn man 5x gefühlt Neu sich anmelden muss… weil es eine Fehlermeldung gibt … obwohl alles richtig ist… erst nach schließen der App funktioniert es meisten…

The app has been excellent from January when I started using it until a week ago when I could open it anymore. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, updated it but to no avail.

Eine super App für den Dienstplan. 
Übersichtlich und einfach zu verstehen. 
Änderungen können schnell und einfach eingepflegt werden. 

Leider funktioniert seit dem neusten Update das Widget nicht mehr und zeigt die Schichten nicht mehr an. Das ist sehr ärgerlich.

I’ve deleted and reinstall this app but for some reason the attest icon is still missing. I have the latest version of this app. I like the app and how easy to use it. I’ve also check with my colleagues at work and there’s have on the mobile app. I can see the attest icon on my laptop.

It would be good if we could get push notifications when we get new shifts allocated, also when colleges make their shifts available for booking would be good so you don't gave to keep checking it for a potential extra shift.

I wouldn’t use this app by choice. It’s slow, glitchy and not user friendly. The app logs you out after a short period of inactivity and adds extra steps to sign in. Having to enter your company alias each time and then your username and password is a pain. As this is an app on a personal device, it should stay signed in for easier use. Often times, the application locks up and doesn’t respond to touch on action items - back arrows don’t register and the start task and complete task features don’t register. If you click a hyperlink for another file, you are redirected to the internet browser where you have to sign in again to view the file outside of the app.

Example today I punched in early and wrote a reason why, then I got I picture of a kitten come up.  Then when I punched out late the note that wrote earlier was missing and my punch in time was not 7:56 but 8:30.

It‘s so complicated when it comes to availablities and unavailablities, a much simpler design could be implemented like the one that shyftplan has, where everything (availability and unavailability) is on one simple page, with simple clicks i could put my schedule for the whole month

There is a need to be able to see a tabulation of all work done at any time. This review is being typed blindly as I literarily cannot see the fonts as I type. Thanks

Additional information/clarification: 
We have a dashboard button which shows work which is scheduled for the future. After this work is done, it disappears. 
I am suggesting another button/ tab which collates all work done per month (with income totals as well if possible).

I use this app for work and the only problem I have is sometimes it requires me to put in a new pin for some reason then I have to reset the filters again.
