The only issue I have is that I don't always brush & floss & then record it in the app before midnight. When I don't? My streak is broken & I lose my momentum! It makes it hard to keep coming back to record it! I have another app that basically restarts at 6 am, thus letting me record the previous days progress. It never did. The entire point of this product is syncing and tracking, and it fails at both. Bluetooth is unreliable. Apple Health integration barely works. Devices constantly fail to sync. I’ve factory reset more toothbrushes than I can count, submitted multiple support tickets, and never received a real fix. At this point, it’s not a bug—it’s the product. I’m done. Switching to Philips today. If you’re buying this for tracking, don’t. Unfortunately, none of the brushes would pair with any of my devices. There were no clear instructions included, and to make matters worse, there was no customer support available to help troubleshoot. Without the app functionality, these are just overpriced toothbrushes with no added value. Really disappointed, especially since the tracking feature was the main reason I chose this product. ### 1/5 — Just get sonicare *2025-09-21, version 2025.16.0* So far this is inferior in every aspect to the sonicare. The only advantage is that I can hit a button to sync this with my mobile phone app but it doesn’t accurately capture the coverage and it doesn’t really show you anything while you’re brushing your teeth. You cannot get feedback as you do it you have to do it and then finish turn off the toothbrush and click the sink button and then you’ll see what you did right or maybe wrong.
