Can never upload photos

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not have an optimal experience. We did notice that you are presently using an older Version of our Application. We have made significant improvements to the App in recent months, and we encourage you to update to the most recent Version, which will help improve your photo upload experience.
