They offer a very limited selection of service intervals and services, which don't necessarily match up with the recommended services in the owner's manual, and it can add services that you may not need. I recently scheduled, what I thought was the 35,000mi service for my 2023 Kia Forte GT 6M, which should have included oil change and tire rotation. However, when I arrived at the dealer, I was told the system had scheduled a radio system update, which would have taken 5-6 hours, that I didn't even need. They did change it to the usual oil and tires, and wasn't a huge deal. But, this is not the first time the app scheduled different service from what I intended and what was recommended by the manufacturer. I'll likely be calling to schedule service from now on, instead of using the app, though I do hope they are able to fix the app in the near future. ### 1/5 — Regarding the app *2025-02-05* This app does not any latest updates and there is no description and the prices plz update the app as early as possible it not a updated version kindly update it Thank you ### 1/5 — 'Error. FYI- They send the PIN required to use the app to your email, not your phone. Also, the service intervals offered don't match up with the service intervals in the owner's manual and they don't list what those services include, as they also list separate individual services that may, or may not, be included in each interval. ### 3/5 — It works OK *2024-02-08* Looks and feels like a program from the late 90's. FYI- They send the PIN required to use the app to your email, not your phone. ### 1/5 — Extremely unorganized *2023-08-23* I booked and confirmed at a service center who calls me a couple days later to cancel because they don’t have any lifts. Transferred me local Quirk service center and they tell me they’re booked out 2 weeks for an oil change! I go through the app for this service center and schedule is wide open and booked 4 days from now ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2022-12-30* Quirk needs to get with it. There are less successful dealerships out there that have better apps. Quirk Kia has no help to answer phones which would push one to use the app but it doesn’t allow you to schedule appointments for anything except manufacturer’s mileage service recommendations. First one was supposedly due to insufficient staffing so not totally the apps fault. This time though…. Apparently they’re fully booked!!!
