I do wish that it wasn’t as slow and stopped freezing so much. It would also be nice to be able to filter posts to see things most recent or top post and such. Either way I love it so far. ### 4/5 — Notifications *2020-09-14, version 3.0* I don’t get notified for anything on the app. It’s a great start but it’s also easy to forget about without the notifications. I’ve had this app since it first launched and still no notifications. After the update I’m unable to get in at all. It just brings me to a loading page. But I know I have 5 messages and a few friend requests to accept. Despite barely being able to use it, I do like it! Seems very easy to makes new friends and I can’t wait for the bugs to get fixed! However, it lacks a lot of simple features and the server is constantly having problems. New unread message indicators on the tab bar and on the app’s iOS icon would be most helpful. More categories of nerd types. Profiles need a higher character limit. Linking to additional apps/accounts would provide information without burdening the servers more if that’s really a huge problem (which it seems to be). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Literally Can NOT sign up! *2020-07-02, version 3.0* The app just keeps saying it can’t connect to server and to try later. Last week the creators said that they updated the app but did not take on board the comments made by potential users. This seems like a huge oversight and I’m confused as to why. Tons of people have these characters in there name and I refuse to use any service that does not allow me to properly spell my name. ### 3/5 — Message Jumping *2019-10-18, version 2.2* I love this app a lot but I have this issue with messages “jumping” from the recent one all the way to messages of past. Trying to read new messages is a pain—holding the screen doesn’t help, either. Please fix! It doesn’t always happen, but it happens a lot. 😭 Enough where it’s annoying when I want to read and respond to stuff! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Such a cool idea and cool community! *2021-03-29, version 3.1* This app is going to be addictive. The new update was totally worth the wait. I love hearing everyone’s opinion and everyone is just so cool. The people in this app are also so nice and laidback. I’ve never had an app where I can just talk to people about anime. It’s a fine app, I can probably eventually make some friends off of it. Only problem I have is the lack of people close to me 😂😂😂 and I know that’s not something they can control but it’s just funny there were only about 10 ppl in the DMV area for me. But some things I really liked is that it was a small community. It was private, and it was specific.
