Could you write to us through the contact form within the App indicating your information and a review in which you tell us what happened. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2024-08-02* The app is simply not fit for purpose. I cannot access recent scans. There is no report to accompany the scans and the “virtual assistant” doesn’t work. I am now going to have to drive back to Quiron in Marbella to manually obtain my results. ### 1/5 — NO SE PUEDE SOLICITAR CITA *2023-11-06* La app me pide que lo actualice, la actualizo, luego intento sacar una cita y no funciona. SE QUEDA BLOQUEADO y no permite avanzar mas allá de seleccionar si tienes seguro o no. FELICIDADES. Como mínimo antes de actualizar la app tenéis que validar que sea funcional. If you need to cancel an appointment an error message appears making it impossible to cancel. There is no option to add family members so you cannot make appointments for your children. Para que sirve esta app? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Intromisión de datos personales. *2026-06-02* Cada vez que intentas hacer alguna gestión de cita o consulta, la app de quironsalud solicita acceso al micrófono y cámara. Interrumpe la gestión del usuario y te dirige a los ajustes de datos personales con la excusa de realizar consulta por video llamada. Cosa que no se ha solicitado pero la app es impertinentemente insistente. La agencia de protección de datos personales debe tomar acciones para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento. **Developer response:** No podemos identificarte por el Store. Wrote to support who told me to press the contact button - that worked twice and now no longer works, (they later told me to upload a scan of my id - but now that is literally impossible). It is awful and buggy and I am left unable to obtain my results and a customer service that states the problem is my device :-( ### 1/5 — Unusable since last update *2026-02-11* When it works it’s great, but unfortunately the app isn’t working FULL OF BUGS. I can’t make an appointment anymore, I can’t sign in to my appointment at the hospital anymore and it gives loads of errors. Whoever is in charge of updating this app really should be fired. Es imposible cambiar los datos de acceso si se pierde la contraseña.
