The Quist app displays the events in LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS history that happened on today's date in past years. We're bringing gay history, lesbian history, bisexual history, transgender history, and HIV history to the world to a new way. Some Quist events are related to the LGBT community’s contributions to society, some illustrate how gender fluidity and same-sex relationships were treated throughout time, and some honor the sacrifices of the LGBTQ people who have advanced the cause. I check it every day as part of my morning routine. I wish the app itself were maintained. The first time I did not allow location services so the second time I did, but to no avail. Some buttons won’t actuate and other times I circle through the same screens about receiving notifications. I’m glad I didn’t donate a dollar towards the app although I believe that would have been so glitchy it would not have worked anyways.
