This app is the best out there for quitting dip! 
Most apps are very generic and focused more towards smokers. With the BaccOff app you can monitor your progress and adjust it as needed. BaccOff does a great job walking you through the process and supporting you along the way. The chat is awesome too and there are so many resources!
