## What is Quit Gambling?

Quit Gambling helps you stop gambling and stay stopped. It puts real barriers between you and betting sites, gets you through the urge when it hits, and shows you every day what you are winning back: time, money and calm.

This is not a gambling app. There are no odds, no tips and no betting strategies. Everything here is built to keep you away from gambling.

BLOCK THE WAY IN
• Shield: block gambling apps and websites with iOS Screen Time
• Safari extension: puts a mindful pause in front of known casino and betting sites
• Optional DNS shield: filters gambling domains across the whole iPhone
• Danger zones: a gentle reminder when you are near a place you marked, like an arcade or a betting shop

GET THROUGH THE URGE
• SOS button with breathing exercise, grounding, urge surfing and the DEADS strategy
• Your own reasons to quit as a card deck for hard moments
• Emergency buddy and helplines for your country, one tap to call

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Clean-day counter, calendar and milestones
• Money saved, savings goals and what that money means in real life
• Daily check-in, mood and urge log, journal
• Self-assessment (PGSI screening) to understand where you stand

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no tracking
• Your entries stay on your iPhone
• Face ID lock and a discreet disguise mode with alternative icons

QUIT GAMBLING PRO
The core tools are free. Pro unlocks the DNS shield, unlimited danger zones, disguise mode and app lock, unlimited savings goals, urge and trigger analytics, all color themes and a report you can export for your doctor or counselor.
Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Quit Gambling is a self-help tool and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number.
