I am tracking triggers with this app and finaly went cold turkey and stop smoking for 7 days still counting. Thank you

I quit iQos and cigarettes much easier. Simple to use it motivating kept tracking of progress also triggers even the location where I smoked most. I highly recomended it to anyone who wants to quit smoking
