I’m sorry to have to update my review, but I can’t hear the notifications for this app, which is a big problem. Also, once you tap to update your consumption, you have to remember to exit out or you will keep tapping and adding uses to old times where you don’t mean to, potentially causing you to think you had more than one smoke/chew/vape, etc. at the same time. I gave a glowing review at first. Now I’m glad I didn’t pay more than I did. If the app is updated, I’ll be happy to modify my review again.

I think when you add the widget, if you add it before your start date, once your start date starts you will need to either edit or remove (which is what I just did) the current widget in order to get to the widget that shows you your nicotine times/when to have your next nicotine. I could be wrong, but I think this is how it works (to anyone who might be having trouble). That said, this is the best (and perhaps only) app of its kind/well-rounded to include all manner of nicotine delivery systems. **It is also not tied to a subscription but is a very manageable one-time-payment lifetime purchase.**

LOOK NOWHERE ELSE. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. (Signed, Not a Paid Shill but someone who left a “bad” review before figuring out the widget workaround [unless that was also user error])

There is one small downside;
When one clicks on the + sign for a cigarette record, it should disappear immediately so that one knows it has been recorded, but it stays even after recording.

Please make sure when recorded, the page goes to the home screen.

This app is amazing. I am proud to say that I am genuinely nicotine free and have been for 5 days now. No ads, subscriptions, upgrades, or anything at all, it’s not designed to keep you addicted so that you’ll keep paying, there’s a 1 time purchase that is inexpensive and after that you’ve got the program for life. Incredible work on this app and I am truly grateful for it. Thank you.

I love the app. It really helps maintain the count of nicotine pouches I use and reduce the number over time + the contact with support is really easy and fast :) 

I would love it if in future updates there would be one where you can use a widget to track on your Apple Watch :)

I downloaded this app to reduce my intake with a view to eventually quit as cold turkey was not working. The big benefit of this app is I would not know how much Snus I was actually using, having something to track this by an easy to use widget, helps limit intake per day, with a reduction every couple of days. I have recommended this app to my friends who also use Snus or Vape. It makes reduction and quitting so much easier as it becomes more manageable.

I expected this to help with cutting down vaping, but it seems more suitable for smokers. I feel that it kind of misses the fact that the nature of vaping is very different to that of smoking cigarettes. With cigarettes you have one put it out when it’s finished and wait a while for the next. With vaping it’s more regular and continual (for me at least), so the counter doesn’t help. If you don’t put your vape down for an hour or more, then the timing counters don’t really help. Whilst it might work for others it wasn’t really what I was looking for.

I had thought about quitting vaping for months before I had found this app.
I needed the same structure that vaping gave me and that’s exactly what’s this app has done. By giving me set times and goals to reach each day made quitting a challenge but in the right way. I’m half way though and I’ve only slipped up a few times simply due to the app and how it works.
