## What is Quit Nicotine?

Are you ready to conquer your addictions and eliminate bad habits? 

Whether it's nicotine, vaping, social media, drinking, or other behaviors holding you back, the countdown timer is your companion to a healthier, happier you.

Pass levels by holding out until the timer counts down to 0. Then commit to the next level, which will be longer in time. 

Each level the timer is multiplied by 2. Start with 1 minute, then 2 minutes, then 4 minutes...and so on. Collect stars each level you pass.

The countdown timer helps build on small steps, rack up achievements and build momentum quickly.

I was really excited to use this app because it was exactly what I was looking for. But when I tried opening it, nothing would happen but a blank screen and any background audio I had playing such as Spotify or YouTube would shut off.

**Developer response:** Hi Ashlee! The app may have been going through an update at that time. If you'd like to try again, please let me know if the problems persists. I can work on fixing the background audio issue. I think because the app plays a sound it interrupts whatever else is playing. Working on a fix for you. -- UPDATE -- The app no longer interferes with background audio in latest version. Please let me know if it works better for you.
