There is limited functionality (for example could do with charts or graphs so you can see your cravings over time and spot patterns) and also not a sufficient explanation of what some of the features are for. Annoyingly when I asked questions about the app I got zero response from customer services, which feels quite shoddy for a paid for app. I’ve cancelled subscription and will go elsewhere ### 1/5 — Disappointed with their promotion *2025-01-03* Ok the other day I saw that this app on Apps Gone Free and was really excited to give it a go. They had a promotion for a lifetime subscription for free and every time I tried to sign up with that promotion it never took. A couple of days later the promotion was gone. I think they did something to block their own promotion so you were forced to buy a subscription. ### 1/5 — Can’t find the $00 lifetime free offer ⁉️please fix it. *2025-01-02* I’m utterly frustrated and need a cigarette with your onboarding process because your in-app purchases clearly states $00 lifetime however the $00 is not available ‼️ kindly make it easier & fix it asap for all smokers and vapours. It’s ridiculous to make it too difficult to find a free lifetime promotion ‼️ Also I hate that the small font & black background I like the fidget simulator tho. Still, you have lifetime default to Charge. You no have an opinion that says sale. Stupid part is, you have $0.00 crossed out, and $14.99 next to it. Do you really think people are this stupid? This is 100% scam because you say it’s free, so people will select it thinking it won’t change them. BOOM! It tells you, in detail, what is recovering. Lately, the app has entered an error where it doesn’t let you reset your time spent not smoking. - I redownloaded the app and now it works correctly again. The website on the App Store is no longer there. Guess this is my last resort! You can track your progress and what makes it great that you have a moderator who motivates you to quit. You can add your cravings and your reasons to quit. Every day, you check in to see how long you have gone without smoking. I am thankful to receive a free one year subscription by isubham. Highly recommended for those who are trying to quit. ### 5/5 — Amazing! *2024-07-10* This app has been a great motivation for me to keep going on my journey. It keeps track of the times, has an open community group to talk in, has a craving tracker and triggers so you can learn your habits. My favorite part is the health information; has the health benefits of quitting plotted out for 15 years!! And tracks when you hit each milestone. This has honestly been the best part for me, to stay motivated so I can see the next benefit! When I had a small issue with the clock tracking, I emailed them and the response was amazing!! Fast replies and genuine interest in my issue being fixed, as well as checking in to make sure that I am still on track with my goals even through the issue!! And they figured it out!
