It’s almost my second day nicotine free and this app is helping so much between journaling my thoughts and feelings to being able to check in whenever im craving really bad it let’s you know your progress so you feel some sort of accomplishment throughout your journey and it’s definitely my safe space I’m so proud to be on this journey and I couldn’t be more thankful for this app.
