## What is QuitLogix®?

QuitLogix® helps adults quit tobacco and nicotine with tailored activities, progress tracking, and support messages. Created by cessation experts, QuitLogix® helps adults in the U.S. using tobacco and nicotine products create a quit plan, identify their triggers, and access supportive resources through their quit journey. 
 
National Jewish Health developed this app to support adults who want to quit tobacco and nicotine. The program combines evidence-based practices for nicotine cessation, and introduces modern ways for people to learn and engage while quitting.
