私には劇的に効果があり、20年以上続いた依存行動が、現時点で100日は辞められています。
アプリにいる方たちもみんな克服に前向きで、他のSNSのように他人を気にせず続けられて素晴らしいと思います。
寛解に近づいてからは穏やかな毎日を過ごせるようになり、おかげさまで2025年はとても幸せな年を過ごしています。一見大した機能はついてないのですが、そのシンプルさがいいんですよ。

### 1/5 — AIに騙されて課金したのに返金できなかった

課金すると何が違うのかを調べたもののわからなかったので、アプリ内のAIに、何度も間違いないか確認して課金したのに、AIが断言した機能は見当たらなかった。AIにクレームを言ってもなんも対応してくれず、Appleに返金を求めたが応じてもらえなかった。しかも料金が高すぎる。

本アプリには無料トライアル期間を設けており、ご利用前に機能をご確認いただける仕組みとなっておりますが、その点や内容が十分に伝わっていなかった可能性があると受け止めております。

また、アプリ内のAIは心理的なサポートや対話を目的としたものであり、アプリの機能内容や購入判断を保証・断言する説明用AIではありません。
この点についても、分かりづらい表現があったことを反省しております。

いただいたご意見をもとに、AIの役割や機能の案内がより分かりやすくなるよう改善を検討してまいります。

普段アプリのレビューなんか面倒すぎて、書くことはない。
しかし、私はギャンブルに依存している自分を変えたくて、このアプリに辿り着きました。自分の性格上、文を書くのが好きなこともあり、同じ悩みを持った人が投稿をしているのをみるとどれだけ依存症が異常なものであるのかと、常に再確認ができるので負けたあの時にことを忘れてもこのアプリを見れば、すぐにギャンブルが良くないことを気づかせてくれるアプリです。

ただし、向き不向きはあるようで、アプリの利用者の中にはよくスリップをしている人を見受けます。なので、本当に悩んでいる人はいろいろな方法を模索して自分に合う依存症を治す術を見つけて欲しいです。

今後も禁止生活を続けていい生活を取り戻します！！！

ここ2年、パチスロ2日も我慢できなかった自分がこのアプリ始めた日から連続で10日以上禁ギャンできてる。

他のユーザーさんもめちゃくちゃ優しいし、絶対に依存を克服するという暗黙の規律みたいなものがあるから、かなり荒れにくい。

あと禁ギャンが200日以上続いている方の継続ログイン比率が高いので、目指す目標になる。

今後間違いなく世界展開できるアプリ。

今まで他のSNSで依存症克服のためのアカウントを作ってみても全然続きませんでした。
ですがこちらのアプリは自分が依存しているものに関する投稿だけを目にすることができるので、余計なストレスがかからないし、皆さん同じ悩みを抱えているので温かいコメントが多いです。なので自分も積極的に投稿しています！
一つ機能として欲しいのが『下書き』機能です。ストーリーを投稿する時にキャンセルか投稿しか選択できないので、下書きとして保存できるとありがたいです。

自分の周りには誰も理解してくれる人がいなくて、自分1人でお酒をやめようと何度もチャレンジして失敗してきた。

でもこのアプリを発見して自分がとても良い方向に進んでいる気がする。
自分の気持ちを吐き出して、みんなが応援してくれる。応援してくれる人達も当事者だから一緒に頑張ろうと思える。完全断酒じゃなくて減酒で進めようとしている人もいるし、途中で失敗してやり直しても暖かく見守ってくれる雰囲気がある。
