You’d be surprised how often you mindlessly check apps like instagram, tik tok, and twitter. I’m so grateful for this app because it’s broken my habitual act of checking and scrolling. I’ve reclaimed my precious time and the quality of my relationships has improved drastically!

This app has genuinely changed my relationship with my phone. Instead of mindlessly reaching for it, I now pause and make a conscious choice. It’s subtly reprogrammed how I use social media, more intentional, less compulsive, and far less likely to get sucked in without realising it.
