### 2/5 — Have to make purchase

*2025-12-01*

I would’ve rated this all higher due to all the raves it has- but you cannot go anywhere with this app without a purchase.

If there was a free app that did what this app could do I bet we would have a lot less people vaping because of it.

Quitting shouldn’t have us spending more money. It should be helping us save it.

### 1/5 — Forced Subscription To Use.

*2025-10-23, version 2.3.0*

Don’t waste your time on this app ans filing out all the details if you aren’t wanting to pay $20 a month for the app. They make you go through a whole initiation process asking questions about your strength level, how often you vape, side effects, etc. It also asks how much a week you spend on vapes and says “You can save X amount per year” then right after they hit you with a subscription. No free trial or X to close it either.
Time waster, better off with one of the many free apps

### 1/5 — Can’t do anything without paying

*2025-10-21*

You literally can’t even access the app without paying. lol delete this and download a free alternative. Why waste the money you’re saving on not buying vapes on a subscription to stop vaping. Makes no sense

### 1/5 — Paywall

*2025-10-19, version 2.3.0*

yeah expect to pay a minimum of $30 a year and that’s only with the one time deal they give you. it’s normally $50 a month. just absolutely insane.

### 1/5 — Can’t even get started

*2025-10-18*

App keeps crashing before I even get going. Not sure why. Reviews look great, would have loved to try this app. Will check back later, hopefully there’s an update and this bug is fixed

### 1/5 — Money scheme

*2025-10-16*

You need to pay $13 a month to use this. They don’t even give a free trial, when I used the option they tried to hide it still charged me the amount just to try it. I rather use a free service instead of paying $13 a month for a robot to tell me good job

### 1/5 — Uses scare tactics to make you buy

*2025-10-14, version 2.3.0*

I put in all the minimum amount of vape usage and it tells me my dependence is above average

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-10-08, version 2.3.0*

I pressed the $2.09 monthly charge and it charged me $30

### 1/5 — subscribtion

*2025-10-04, version 2.3.0*

tried to cancel a subscription but couldn’t find a way to so i ended up delete my account thinking that it would automatically delete all my saved details but apparently not i’ve still been charged £50 and have no way of cancelling this subscription

### 1/5 — Good if you never log out

*2025-09-26*

I recently created a login through Apple and purchased an annual subscription. I noticed that the Money Saved feature wasn’t calculating correctly, so I tried logging out to see if the refresh would help. Unfortunately, after logging out I was completely locked out of my account. There is no way to login again through apple or google (despite these being options for account creation) and the Restore button is not clickable!! I even started a DIFFERENT 3 day trial to see if I’d be able to restore once in the app. NOPE. Why would you allow signups to be created through apple or google (without the need for a password) if you won’t have those options when logging in? Not to mention the reason why this whole thing started is the lack of available settings that can be edited in the app (ex: money saved per week). I have no access to a help contact and no way to rectify the situation, so I’m just about over quitvape for good.

### 1/5 — Lol

*2025-09-19, version 2.2.3*

lol talk about stealing your money, you want me to pay for an app to quit vaping?

### 1/5 — waste of money

*2025-09-18*

literally cant even use the app without paying like $40, all it does is track your time. I would recommend reading allen carr’s way to quit vaping

### 1/5 — Terrible App and Marketing

*2025-09-17*

Why would I spend MORE money on an app that only counts the days and money i've saved by not vaping. Cant even use the app or get a trial period so what's the point of this app. Very dumb when i'm just trying to find a way to quit.

### 1/5 — Tells you how much u save a year then hits you with a 50$ monthly subscription

*2025-09-16*

this app says how much i can save but then it said that i have to pay weekly like and then i canceled it on apple and it still charged me. so until that’s fixed i will continue to have every one of my friends leaving 1 star reviews on this app

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-01-16, version 2.5.1*

Can’t do anything without paying for it

### 1/5 — Cheaper for me to just keep vaping

*2026-01-04, version 2.5.1*

The entire app is locked behind a pay wall. Don’t waste your money

### 1/5 — It asked for my signature and then logged out

*2026-01-03, version 2.5.1*

Don’t give ur signature!

### 1/5 — Pay?

*2025-12-22, version 2.5.0*

Why pay someone to tell you how to quit your habits?

### 1/5 — Paywall

*2025-12-04, version 2.4.8*

Didn’t even get to see what tools were available to help me quit before being told I have to pay. Recovery is and should be free to everyone, I wanted to see if this could help me in a different way to what I already get else where (AA)
If this works for others, that’s great, but unfortunately I won’t be paying to try it for myself

### 1/5 — Expensive

*2025-12-04, version 2.4.8*

You have to pay $15.00 a week to access any features on the app. I did the free trial and it’s really not worth it. Basically just a timer on how many days you’ve quit.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-11-26, version 2.4.5*

Lost access to my account and had no way of getting it back, no way to contact the seller.

### 1/5 — Time-Money

*2025-11-13, version 2.4.0*

I disagree with this app.

### 1/5 — Untrusted

*2025-11-12, version 2.4.0*

App claims to be the “#1 science based vape quitting app”
App says I’m 23% more vape dependant than the average person even though I would consider my conditions much less than 23% personally
Redownloaded the app and tried even less dependant-seeming options and still got 23%. Wouldn’t trust this app with any statistics and their graphs show no credible sources or anything other than “trust me bro”

### 1/5 — Have to pay a subscription to even get in

*2025-10-24*

The title says it all

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — This app is good

*2026-01-05, version 2.5.1*

Nice

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-10-17, version 2.3.0*

Helping me quit vaping which I found difficult to do

### 5/5 — Useful

*2025-10-05*

The sense of cọmmunity I've gotten from this app is great. I also appreciate the copious amount of tools that's offered. I think my favorite feature is panic mode, its helped more than once. One thing that might be good to add is the ability to block websites where you can buy vapes

### 5/5 — Absolute Game Changer

*2025-09-26*

I was skeptical at first but it actually turned out to help a lot. As a gamer the gamified experience is the best part. The dopamine hit I got from ranking up is better than the one I got from vaping. 10 days strong and counting

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-09-25*

I've tried to quit many times before. This app keeps it simple and has been the subtle push to quit that I've always needed :)

### 5/5 — Good

*2025-09-24*

The only thing bad I have to say about this app is the initial loading screen that says "Embrace this pause" takes too long. When I press on a notification I don't want to have to wait to see it. Other than that its really helped 9/10

### 5/5 — So so good

*2025-08-05*

I finally quit thanks to this app. It held me accountable and helped me through the toughest of cravings. I’d feel bad if I didn’t leave a review. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Costs money

*2025-06-09, version 1.1.6*

Cost money

### 5/5 — BBC

*2025-04-18*

Ben

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-03-27, version 1.0.4*

Keeps me accountable
