If your subscription was canceled through the App Store and you're still being charged, that shouldn't happen, and we want to find out why. I tried to download the app again reset it but it does not go forward. It is such a waste as I was really looking forward to it. I would like my money back if possible. **Developer response:** Hi Salito_01, sorry about this — getting stuck after the first video points to a playback or download bug, not something a reinstall should fix. Reached out 3 times and no response for a refund or cancellation. ### 1/5 — Took my money *2026-08-20* I went through the whole questionnaire process and choice the free option to try it out. It said 3 free days and it charged my card a little over $10.
