I would be really happy but as I paid for QVIP membership which is not being recognised, I have now had to pay £5.99 for next day delivery. Why can you not provide a contact number for when there is an issue so I can speak to a person. I typed in the discount code and it clearly said “discount code successfully applied”, however, it didn’t actually make a change to the payment. As others have said, the app stops loading any images of items after only a few scrolls. It’s extremely frustrating so I always give up waiting. I don’t know any other clothing app that does this.
