Looks like after the usual downgrades these people who make these apps do they always mess up a good thing that didn’t need messing with. And everybody has left the game. Not smart. Make the games if they get great feedback then leave them alone. Or lose business. Nobody talks back or reacts anymore like they used to when the game had a lot of other real players ### 3/5 — Blowing up *2022-06-01, version 2.0.43* I don’t like how in the watch your quiz y feet question, If a character blows up, he can move to an answer and I can’t. ### 3/5 — Update is Awful *2021-10-19, version 2.0.32* I’m giving 3 stars because I used to love Quiz Panic but I probably should give less because it barely works now. So far with the update I’ve had the following issues: I seem to have lost my paid account and am now getting ads. I was at level 80 but regressed to 13. There seems to be no option to connect to Game Center any longer. I paid for a game with coins and it used about 80 too many. I tried to play a game in panic mode but my character was not in it so I was not actually able to play. Please restore the playability. It used to be a fabulous game! ### 2/5 — Started out great *2021-08-27, version 1.5.12* Lost interest when the missions became nearly impossible to complete. It was very fun up until then completing the missions and progressing toward the next phase in evolution. Also, playing against computer generated opponents is no fun. ### 3/5 — Goofy and fun, but... *2020-07-06, version 1.5.12* ...questions are Europe-heavy, especially British (which is interesting, considering the developer is based on France). If you don’t have a good knowledge of cricket, football (European), snooker, etc. and the players, you’re definitely at a disadvantage. Good mix of questions between some that are a bit hard and some that are super simple, but they all rely on quick reflexes. Other than that, I love the cute monsters, the sounds and actions, and the fact that your monsters evolve as you work your way up. ### 2/5 — Come on! Don’t kick me out! *2020-05-07, version 1.5.12* I love this game, but I’m going to quit playing. Seems like fewer people are playing these days because it takes a long time for the required 10 players to join the lobby for Chaos mode. Then, just as the number is getting close to 10, the game kicks you out to play you an ad that you don’t want in the first place. Then you have to begin the wait all over again. Not worth the effort. Too bad. ### 4/5 — Great game one problem *2019-12-17, version 1.5.12* This game is very interesting and fun many levels but only one problem the same questions show up many times so please get more fun questions thank you ### 4/5 — Favorite Game, Buts The Ads 😔 *2019-09-05, version 1.5.12* I really enjoy this game, and it has become one of my favorites! But I do have a few complaints. The first being that the ads are ridiculously way too often! I understand letting an ad appear after every game ends but for them to appear when you are joining a game, and then they even pop up when you decide to leave the lobby!? There should be a setup like a 5 minute timing between ads. My next complaint would have to be getting kicked out of chaos mode due to the wait being so long. Sometimes when in the lobby for chaos mode, it takes a while for people to join but when we get the right amount and the countdown starts, it will kick us out. Then you have to restart a lobby and wait all over again. Its quite annoying and I think that once the timer starts, then the game should automatically stop whatever timed limit you have for the lobby. My final complaint is the amount of lives. I think 3 is too little and we need 5, but thats nothing major. Its just annoying how quickly the lives disappear. ### 4/5 — A lot of fun...with some flaws *2019-07-01, version 1.5.12* Pros: a lot like Jeopardy, with competition to know and answer questions the fastest. Repeat questions are rare Cons: there is an overwhelming preponderance of sports and geography questions. With the multitude of categories that could be used - art, history, psychology, chemistry, biology, music, cinema, literature, physics, sociology, astronomy, geology, meteorology, languages, mathematics, etc - sports and geography take up 2 to 3 of every 5 question session. Let's see some variety. Blind questions: these are where the answers are hidden and you have search each box to find the right answer. Even if you know the answer and are fast, you may come in last because your competitors were lucky enough to randomly hit on the right answer box first. Not enough hearts are given. Often I had been the first one on the correct answer, then others will join me near the end of the time limit. Yet I do not receive the 3 points, sometimes only a 1. What is up with that?? Games freezes a lot and a lot of the game is missed, including the answers. But the ads never freeze up! I like the game but it needs a bit of work to increase the fun factor. I just get an error message all the time and it tells me to check my internet connection. There’s toning wrong with my internet! Despite deleting and reinstalling on both my phone and iPad, its no go. This is SO annoying after so many years (yes, years) of playing. Apparently others have experienced the same thing. The same ads are shown over and over again. How many times does it take to understand that another game I just another one or millions where you match tiles? ### 1/5 — Update Largely Flawed *2021-10-19, version 2.0.32* Quiz Panic used to be my favorite game to play on my phone. Today, that changed. The update has turned Quiz Panic into an inconsistent and faulty game. I went from 128 coins to 48 after one game, then when using a heart, it went down to 32 coins. Also, I initially put my name as Heatherina, and somehow it was changed to redhead. I went from being on a level past 60 to 13, then after it said I had advanced 2 levels, it showed me on level 17. Also, there are commercials between each game that did not exist before (since I paid not to have those initially). I hope the makers of this game take note of what needs to be done to get this game back to its original awesome self, or else time to find a new favorite phone game here. ### 1/5 — Lost everything with the update *2021-10-18* Lost everything with the update are you kidding me. This is so frustrating I doubt I will continue to play the game I don’t want to have to start over. It also crashes all the time ### 1/5 — It’s fun, when it works... *2020-06-07, version 1.5.12* I really enjoyed the aspects of this game, from the cute minion-like characters and sounds to the different trivia games you could play. However, after the first week of playing, right when I got to level 20, the game server boots me out EVERY TIME I try to play in Chaos mode. I have sent error reports to no avail. My only that, but since the Chaos mode requires 10+ players, it can take anywhere from 5-15 minutes for enough players to join. What happens to me? I am able to stay in the group of players in Chaos mode until there are 9 total, then all of a sudden, I’m taken to an advertisement, which kicks me out. If this glitch doesn’t get fixed soon, I’m deleting this app, and will definitely share these reviews with my friends. ### 1/5 — Plays Sound on Silent *2018-09-06, version 1.5.12* I only tried this once, and I actually thought the game was fun- but this app has sound and music even if your iPhone is on silent. I turned the sounds and music off in the app’s settings menu (and my phone is still on silent) but there was STILL SOUND DURING ADS. Obviously this makes the game unplayable in public without headphones and in any situation where it would be rude for the people around you to have to hear loud game ads(pretty much all situations). Had to uninstall. ### 1/5 — Potential *2018-08-18* Repeat questions. To play with friends, have to text each other codes, rather than link up in the game. Connection can be poor. Cuts off when clicking on the vid to gain more coins. Since 2017, this game has been my only light, my only comfort, my only love. The developers of Quiz Panic do truly hold a special and unmatched place in my heart, and will continue to do so for as long as I shall live. Each gamemode fills me with such immeasurable excitement and my heart skips a beat every time I hear the iconic “La la la la la la la la!” It's incredible how this game has woven itself into the fabric of my life, bringing joy and anticipation with each new update. Every achievement and challenge completed feels like a personal triumph, a testament to the connection I've built with this digital world. Thank you, Quiz Panic, for the gajillion times you have prevented me from ending it all.
