this app would be better if you could play against real people. But for some reason it will only let me play against a robot.

**Developer response:** Cool that you liked it anyway, just want to clarify that the WHOLE purpose is to play against another human already.  Maybe no one responded to your invite? Pro tip: Invite a real friend and start a battle.  Hope to see you again!
