THE QUIZ THAT BRINGS THE PARTY One phone hosts the game, everyone else joins by scanning a QR code — and the night takes off. No accounts, no sign-up, no internet needed: everything runs locally, between your phones. HOW IT WORKS • The host creates a room, picks categories and rounds • Everyone joins with one scan (or the room code) • Questions roll, everyone answers on their own phone • Reveal, points, leaderboard — and a final screen that celebrates the champion 6 CATEGORIES, 4 LEVELS Geography, History, Science & Nature, Arts & Literature, Entertainment, Sports & Leisure. From Junior (kids play along) to Expert (settle who's really the smartest) — each player can even play at their own level. BUILT FOR REAL GAME NIGHTS • Up to 12 players at once • Free-typed answers, like around a real board — no multiple choice giving it away • The host referees borderline answers • Works without internet: same Wi-Fi or a simple hotspot 5,000 QUESTIONS PER LANGUAGE A curated question bank in English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. FREE TO START The first rounds are on us. Go Premium to unlock all 6 categories and unlimited rounds — one purchase for the host, players never pay a thing. Phones out — game night starts now. Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are available. Solo: Discover premium now opens the purchase page instead of sending you back to game creation. Display: long questions are shown in full, and the answer field and confirmation buttons are no longer cut off. Quit a game: a close button lets you stop a game in progress, solo or multiplayer, with confirmation. Game settings: the sheet now closes with a close button, no guessing the right gesture. ### 1.1.2 — 2026-09-14 New Solo mode: practice on your own, no room and no other players needed. Online play: connections now go through the relay first, falling back to the local network and then direct Wi-Fi. Your friends can finally play from anywhere. The question bank now follows the app's language instead of the device's. Fixes: resuming a game after the device sleeps, more reliable match start, room code display, accessibility and readability on small screens. ### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-08 No release notes. ## Apps similar to QuizFest | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [NINZY Quiz](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ninzy-quiz/id6801954783) | — | Free | Games | | [Socle — party games](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/socle-party-games/id6449319705) | — | Free | Games | | [JQGo: Multiplayer Trivia Quiz](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/jqgo-multiplayer-trivia-quiz/id6767923443) | — | Free | Games | | [Gigglz - Jeux de soirée](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/gigglz-jeux-de-soiree/id6758512562) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Games | | [Clever: Friends Trivia Quiz](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/clever-friends-trivia-quiz/id6800310236) | — | Free | Games | | [Poker Live: Texas Holdem Games](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/poker-live-texas-holdem-games/id1571066535) | 4.8 (6,197) | Free | Games | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
