My 10 year old son and I have been playing it together and learning new words. It’s super fun. Today while playing, ads started popping up constantly during the game play which distracted me and the timer was still counting. I lost a few because of the ads. Then when I got an answer right it counted it as wrong. All other games I play have ads between levels or offer something in return of watching one. But I'm definitely too stupid for this. Even as a group, we cannot make any progress. The very first word was twelve letters and something I'd never seen before, and I'm an avid reader. You can't learn anything if you are desperately scrambling to figure out a Latin word in fifteen seconds. Well, all it took was fifteen seconds for me to realize this is not an app for learning. It's an app that feels like taking the SAT's only with a few seconds to guess. Good luck to all who attempt this.
