Приложение стало лучше. Есть еще конечно недочеты , но уже намного лучше чем было . Продолжайте улучшать

サムネイルの読み込みが遅い。
地味にストレスが溜まる。
サムネの一括ダウンロードできるようにしてほしい。

また、他の方も言ってるが、動画はまともに再生できない。
普通に見たければ一度ダウンロードするしかないが、自動バックアップ指定のフォルダと別のフォルダからダウンロードすると、二重に保存されるはめになるので、それが嫌で動画も自然と見なくなってしまった。
iPhone内にしばらくキャッシュして、一度読み込んだらスムーズに動画を再生できるような改善をしてほしい。

This app is very average.  The QNAP engine behind the app is quite reasonable, but the app itself falls well short of the mark.  The “automatic” face tags are often placed at random locations on the photo, and they can’t be moved. You have to delete them and then reapply them manually.  And if you have a large number of photos being managed, it takes several seconds to apply each change and reflect it on the screen.

共有フォルダの写真を管理者権限以外のユーザーもタイムライン表示できる点はSynologyよりも優れていると思う。
ただ、動画の再生については現状かなり難あり。
同一LAN環境で接続していても読み込みに時間がかかる（10秒は待たされる）。
読み込めたと思っても3秒再生されたら10秒止まり、その繰り返し。実用的には程遠い。
プレイヤー設定をネイティブプレイヤーからQuMagie playerに変えると多少改善するが、それでも気持ち程度の差。
それよりもQuMagie playerに変えると色味がかなり変化する（明らかにコントラストが下がってる）点がかなり問題で使おうとは思えない。
同じ動画を同じ環境でQfile proを使って再生すると非常にスムーズに再生できるので、アプリ固有の問題と思われる。アップデートで早急に改善を希望します。

Ma possibile che ogni apertura sembra che debba rielaborare con tempi biblici tutte le miniature? Che senso ha generarle in fase di caricamento?
Avrebbe senso che sia il NAS ad elaborarle e tenerle pronte con l’app che all’apertura deve solo scaricare quelle delle foto nuove così da essere subito aperta. Al massimo sarà dopo cliccando sulla foto per vederla che ci sarà quel piccolo lag dovuto al download dal nas della foto a risoluzione più alta. 
Volendo guardare è il principio di funzionamento di chi per mancanza di spazio su iOS decide di tenere gli originali su iCloud e sul cellulare solo le copie in bassa definizione. Parlo però di una funzione vecchia ormai almeno di 5 anni!!!

Trudno sobie wyobrazić że niby tak dobra firma robi takie coś co absolutnie nie działa. Przesiadłem się z synology i bardzo dotkliwie na własnej skórze poczułem tą przesiadkę. Hace copia de seguridad de todas las fotos y vídeos y genera miniaturas que aparecen en la galería y de una foto ves la misma como 4 veces. Ya que ves las miniaturas como fotos duplicadas. He probado de todo y nada.

Con molto studio tra multimedia Console, Qnap AI Core, Cayin MediaSign Player (plus) sono riuscito a configurare tutta la mia libreria di foto e video impostando le miniature e la transcodifica video.
Tutto un po’ laborioso ma alla fine il risultato è meraviglioso.
Spero si possa risolvere il caricamento in background perché vedo che ogni tanto va risvegliata l’app, ma nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto.
È indispensabile un buon NAS di attuale produzione altrimenti è meglio lasciar perdere. I processi sono pesanti.
