With this app, you can monitor your daily activities by settings goals and in combination with the "QUO SPORT" Smartband Bluetooth 4.0 device. Simply put the band on your wrist, then sync with this app.
Some of the features you can find are:
- Customize the app settings to suit your daily goals and activities from your smartphopne.
- Quo Sport smartband is designed to be worn 24/7.
- The user can use this intuitive app to track his activity day and night by recording:
	Steps
	Distance
	Calories burnt
	Workout Activities
All which can be reviewed with different adjustments
In addition the app can also track sleep quality and can display how many hours our users spend in light or deep sleep.
