My gym changed from our old app ( worked perfectly well )to this one. No one knows why.
It’s crashes and freezes. Baffled

The app is just not reliable, constantly it just shows a grey screen and I can’t log in. This has been an issue since I upgraded my iPhone software

Lots of locking up so far. Got my MyZone linked after 3 tries, but a lot of flatlining and rebooting the app so far.

The app has been fine for 6 months then randomly this week it won’t work on Wi-Fi! It asks for username and password (doesn’t usually) then tells me it can’t find me facility; I am totally locked out. Then if I turn Wi-Fi off and close / reopen the app it works normally and I’m logged in automatically. Why???? Driving me mad.

I love this app and software for my gym, it has created many solutions and the app is easy to use for all my members. We only need one app to access everything and it has so many important features for my members.

So simple to use and it has everything I need in one place! As soon as my gym started using this app I was able to delete like 3 others!! 

So much better!!
