It has nothing to do with the lighting or background because I usually have a lamp over head. I have to do so much I when the check has cents. I have to jump through hoops to make it recognize the cents. Something that should take 5 minutes winds up taking 15. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it several times, and it still crashes. Quorum and its Staff have served my needs admirably, even although I feel the “personal-feeling” is less, now that Quorum serves more than one Company. Nevertheless, the Staff continues to be caring, kind and professional despite Quorum having increased its size and number of people served. This makes what should be a 5 second process one that takes much longer. Had to apply on their website which is NOT secure! After I applied I didn’t even get an “acknowledgement” email saying thank you for applying! No email! After 3 days of waiting for a response I had to call and find out they denied my application because I have freeze on credit bureaus and chexsystems 🤬 Really Quorum??? I would’ve been more than happy to lift the freeze had there been ANY communication at all !!! This bank’s sign up process is rude, dismissive, and a sense of entitlement! I applied with my local credit union down the street and got a phone call and email within an HOUR saying thank you !!! This credit union is NOT worthy of your business or money !!! ### 1/5 — Freezes like crazy! *2020-06-18, version 3013.1.0* App always requires you to have to delete and re-load.
