## What is Quote Now?

Quote Now builds the estimate or invoice from what you say.

Type "18 tees at 14 for John Smith, shipping 12", say it, paste your customer's WhatsApp message or snap a photo of a list. Quote Now picks out the customer, the lines, sales tax and shipping, shows you "Here's what I got" so you can check it, and lays out the document with your logo and your color. Ready to send.

MADE FOR ANY SMALL BUSINESS
Print shops, repair shops, design, carpentry, bakeries, services, contractors, whatever you sell. Built for the US and Mexico: dollars or pesos, sales tax or IVA, invoice or nota de venta. You work in your language and every customer can get their document in theirs.

SEND IT IN ONE TAP
The message is already written (friendly, formal or short) with the PDF attached. Send it by WhatsApp, text or email. Your invoices carry a QR code with your payment link: the customer pays from their phone with Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, your bank or whatever you use. Quote Now takes no fee and never touches your money.

GET PAID AND FOLLOW UP
Record payments and partial payments in two taps, send the receipt, and see at a glance what's owed, what's overdue and who to remind. The reminder is already written. It tells you when an invoice is past due or an estimate has gone days without an answer.

YOUR CUSTOMER ACCEPTS ON YOUR PHONE
Estimates are signed with a finger, or you note that they said yes by message. Then one tap turns it into an invoice.

YOUR BRAND
Four templates (Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold), your logo, your color, your name and your terms on every document. Letter or A4.

WHAT YOU SELL, AT HAND
Your catalog fills itself with what you sell. Customers with their history and balance. Reports of billed, collected and outstanding, and export to Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or QuickBooks for your accountant.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
No accounts, no sign-ups, no servers. Everything lives on your phone and you can save a backup file whenever you want. What you dictate is processed on the iPhone and never leaves it.

FREE AND FAIR
Free gives you 5 documents a month with everything: dictate them, send them and get paid. With Quote Now Pro you make as many as your business needs, they go out without the "Made with Quote Now" mark, you get every template, invoices that repeat on their own for your regular customers and the export for your accountant. Pro monthly, yearly or a single lifetime payment. No fine print.
