## What is QuoteCrew?

Win the job on the spot — and get paid before you're back in the truck.

QuoteCrew turns your phone into an estimating and invoicing office built for the trades. Price the job at the customer's door, get it signed on screen, and send an invoice they can pay by card with one tap.

QUOTE IN 60 SECONDS
• Pick your trade and start from ready-made job templates: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, handyman, roofing, landscaping, painting, cleaning, tree service or general contracting
• Price by the hour, per item, per square foot, per linear foot or flat fee
• Crew size, parts, permits and after-hours surcharges add up for you
• See your profit on every job before you send — internal costs never appear on the customer's copy

WIN THE JOB ON SITE
• Clean, branded PDF with your business name, logo and terms
• Customer signs right on your phone — no printer, no email back-and-forth
• Works with no cell service in basements, attics and crawl spaces; syncs when you're back online

GET PAID FASTER
• Turn the signed estimate into an invoice in one tap
• Add your Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App link — customers tap and pay by card
• See who owes you and what's overdue at a glance
• Send a polite payment reminder in one tap, mark jobs paid and see what you collected this month

BUILT FOR SMALL CREWS
• Made for owner-operators and crews of 1–5 — no training, no setup calls, no per-user fees
• Your prices and your margins — QuoteCrew never invents numbers
• QuoteCrew never touches your money: payments go straight to your own account
