## What is QuoteKeep?

QuoteKeep is an app for saving WeRead highlights, organizing book quotes, and revisiting what you read.

It is a place for the words you want to remember: an idea that changed your perspective, a passage worth reading again, a sentence to share with a friend, or a thought of your own.

Import books and personal highlights with your own WeRead API key, or add quotes manually. QuoteKeep keeps the text and its source together, making your reading easier to find and revisit.

Main features:

- WeRead imports
  Import books and personal highlights with their titles, authors, and sources. Repeat imports do not create duplicate quotes, and your notes and favorites are preserved.

- Bookshelf and search
  Browse highlights by book, or search titles, authors, and highlighted text. A few remembered words can bring a passage back.

- Favorites and personal notes
  Save passages you want to return to and add your own reflections. Your notes stay separate from the original text.

- Daily review
  Start with five quotes a day, or choose your own number. Revisit unread or less recently reviewed highlights, mark them as reviewed, and set a daily reminder.

- Home Screen widgets
  Small and medium widgets bring your daily review or favorite quotes to your Home Screen. Tap to read the complete passage in the app.

- Quote cards
  Turn a favorite passage into an image. Choose paper, minimal, dark, and other styles, adjust the text size, and decide whether to include the book title and author.

- Manual entries and exports
  Add books and quotes yourself. Export your collection as Markdown or JSON, and import your JSON archive again to keep your reading portable.

- Cloud sync and offline access
  Sign in with Apple or email to sync books, highlights, notes, favorites, and review history across devices. Content already saved on your device remains available offline for reading, searching, reviewing, and creating quote cards.

Your WeRead API key stays on the device where you configure it and is never uploaded to our server. Set it up again if you want to import directly from WeRead on a new device.

QuoteKeep Pro:

Core importing, reading, searching, reviewing, exporting, and basic sharing styles are free. Pro adds more quote-card styles, widget appearances, and app icons, with monthly and lifetime purchase options.

Eligible monthly subscribers can receive the 3-day free trial shown on the purchase screen. Confirming the subscription starts the trial. It then renews automatically at the displayed price unless canceled in advance. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

A lifetime purchase is charged immediately, has no free trial, and does not cancel an existing monthly subscription. Your quotes are not deleted when Pro expires.

Some words deserve more than a highlight.
Save them. Return to them. Find something new.
