### 5/5 — Absolute Game Changer for estimating

*2026-08-26*

I’ve tried a bunch of different estimating tools over the years, and most of them feel like they were designed by desk jockeys who have never actually tried to close a deal sitting at a homeowner's kitchen table. QuoteMGR is the exact opposite.
Being able to plug in measurements right from my phone, pull up clean Good/Better/Best tiers, and spit out a professional, branded quote before I even pack up my ladder has completely changed my closing rate. Homeowners love seeing everything laid out clearly with the photos right there, and the fact that I can see the second they open the email notification lets me time my follow-ups to perfection.
It’s fast, keeps all our company pricing dialed in, and has completely eliminated those late nights burning hours typing up proposals back at the office. This is a permanent fixture in my toolkit for as long as it's around. If you're running jobs in the field, download it. You won't regret it.
