It only goes to the next page and it says form selection with a drop-down and nothing populates. You have to use the death benefit amount then it will give you what the monthly premium will be. Can we please check on this as soon as possible? Have you tried to click the “Close” button in the upper left hand corner on the premium results screen? The "Close" button will take you back to the initial input screen and the previously entered input is maintained. If you click the “Start a New Quote” button the input screen will reappear but all of the information will be cleared out of the form. It is easy to see where there may be some confusion on how this functionality is intended to work. Your feedback will be shared with the user interface design team to see if the there is a more intuitive way to transition back to the input screen. ### 5/5 — Perfect Tool for Producer *2017-10-01* Perfect tool for a MOO producer on the go.
