Hello Yosuf, I hope you're doing well. There is a reading tracking feature in the Quran. This is how to access is: Step 1: You select a Surah from the list Step 2: A new screen will open with the Surah you selected Step 3: Once you finish reading you can just click the back button at the top left and after that you will need to scroll to the top of the list. You will see a new list item on top of "Al Fatihah" named "Last Read Position". Step 4: Just click the "Last Read Position" item and you will be taken to the exact place where you we are reading last time. For you second recommendation. It's definitely possible to hide the translation if someone want to read only in Arabic. This is how to do it: Step 1: Click the settings button at the top right of the home page Step 2: Click Language at the bottom Step 3: Choose Arabic Step 4: Now if you go back to the Quran you will see that the translations to English has been removed.
