## What is Qurtuba?

Qurtuba Property Management App for Residents allows residents to connect easily with Management.

Once registered, residents will be able to access the following features:
•	Log and track maintenance queries
•	Enquire about general information.
•	View all entities within Qurtuba
•	Receive general and urgent notifications.
•	Panic button (Notify security with your GPS location). Recordings are made during emergencies using your microphone.
•	Non-residents will be able to access the App and view and receive
