If you need to check on an order that’s two or three pages deep, and you click into view the order, it doesn’t return you to your place. It ALWAYS returns you to the most recent order. That and I wish there was a better way to search for orders when you do not know the order number. ### 1/5 — Idiots *2026-05-24, version 7.3.5* I refuse to buy a new iPad to shop at QVC. It used to be that if you typed in a product brand, you’d only get that brand. Now you get all kinds of brands. If you try to specify “free shipping” or “as is” it doesn’t work. Don’t you want us to be able to find what we want to purchase, and haven’t you just filed for bankruptcy? I have to open each one to see the product and I don’t have time for that. I am using a new iPad Pro. When I see an outfit I want, I’ll go to say, the pants. I also want the coordinating top, jacket, etc., and those should be at the bottom of the page so I can easily find it. Instead, I will be shown more pants. I have been looking at the Isaac Mizrahi tan pants with a coral pink trim at the bottom. I want a jacket and top that matches that color pink. If you ordered them check them out. The slip that comes in the box and the sale pitch that was on the Sunday, November 16, show stated that they were 6 by 6 and showed nice flat boxes that you get for $22.00. My loopy towels were 4 x 4 with boxes that fit the towels rolled up. And they charged me $22.00. I was so upset with this purchase Good luck ### 1/5 — Too techie for me *2025-11-13, version 7.3.0* Can’t even figure out how to work. Have to go into Ratkuten to view anything I want to see. Can’t do anything from the first screen on QVC. Can’t see products on air. Can’t see previous products. Can’t figure out how to order. You know many of us are older and have been out of the computer world for a while. Big changes really throw us. I’m not suggesting you not keep your world working, but have some consideration for us too. Also, why does the order system often not allow the buyer to review their order before they whiz through saying order is complete? Buying an item takes less time and my order confirmation. comes to my email immediately. I am a Baby Boomer with two daughters (one who develops Apps) and was encouraged to use them. Once you are confident, you will never go back. Thanks QVC. ### 5/5 — App ensures accuracy *2019-05-04* Great app, in my opinion and in my many (we’re talking multiple-multiples) experiences, designed to ensure order and payment type accuracies. It’s certainly no touch and go given the selection and purchase type options, which further ensures card information and address information is accurate to eliminate card decline errors for invalid or limit suppressed cards AND invalid address shipments for those who change addresses. ### 5/5 — I new there was a way *2019-04-26, version 2.4.5* Opened a QCard account and suddenly all purchases defaulted there. Not impressed! Customer Service recommended not going through speed buy, but navigating through checkout to be able to select all options.
