Should be an option to access your Pay in 3 so that you can view it, pay early if you want to, as you can on most things, clear the payments etc all without having the hassle of contacting Customer Services. It is definitely behind the times and could do with an update. ### 3/5 — App is playing up *2026-08-11, version 7.10.0* Love QVC but the app is not work in properly recently. Over voices I some of the recorded shows. The returns app button will not allow the app to open. I have tried turning off phone and reloading app to no avail. Last time the app was wrong it took ages to fix the problem. Please sort this out ASAP. A video isn’t any good if you don’t have sound. This isn’t good for business! I’m so annoyed instead of fixing the sound problem. They have now taken the video of these products down. Now they just have the details and NO VIDEO PRESENTATION! I did review qvc some time ago and said it's not great for the blind especially at ordering. Glad to say this has improved. Managed to order a maplin usb charger for mum for Easter. however on the app, I go to check on my order, "you will be directed to your browser." I'm sorry but that's just not good enough. This smartphone world is about apps that have notifications for a reason, not to be redirected to a web browser to log in, find my account again, find the order and check from there. It's just easier on the app as there is really no point having the more tab there. Value for money goes without saying. This app always works and is so easy to follow and so much information about everything you could ever want to know. Only downside with us very teeny weeny but some fonts are light grey which don’t stand out for eg the item number.
