### 1/5 — doesn’t find what I want

The whole point of downloading this app was to stop using Google, I have been using duck duck go have occasionally had to break Google out. Qwant literally will show me results completely unrelated from my search, the 1st result is never the correct one and more often than not I find myself going back to google to search something, which doesn’t work for me because the way the extension is designed when I go to google it redirects me back to Qwant. Love the idea, love the UI, love all of it except for the part where the search engine actually does its job, in this instance, Qwant does not make the cut for me.

Impossible de gérer le curseur ou étendre la sélection de mot dans la barre de recherche. C’est pénible on ne peut sélectionner que des mots, donc impossible de modifier simplement sa recherche. Dommage !

I activated the plugin, but was still being sent over DuckDuckGo as in my Safari settings. I had to first switch back to Google, after which the plugin redirected all searches over Qwant.

Safari- Erweiterung um Qwant, als Suchmaschine in Safari automatisch zu nutzen. Aufgrund der Weiterleitung etwas langsamer, als die direkte Qwant-App (die auf Firefox basiert), dafür halt direkt im "gewohnten" Safari Browser von Apple. 
Somit ist eine Datenschutz konforme und sichere Suche, ohne Tracking und KI gegeben. 
Sehr empfehlenswert.
Erfolgreich getestet auf iOS, iPadOS und MacOS.
