User interface is way outdated and the user experience is terrible. Most of the times the home page doesn’t show anything and when I try to search, nothing as well. Artists list is a bit thin -videos need to play all the way thru without crashing -videos need auto play so ur not just left in silence when a video ends -recommendations of similar videos to what u have watched -some videos are filmed in 4:3 and then stretched to 16:9 so unless u have a nice tv that can compensate u have to watch the concert all squished or stretched out Android only issue- -Facebook login doesn’t work on android sometimes ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Customer support abysmal *2023-12-20, version 4.28.3* I tried to gift a subscription to a friend. Gift code didn't work, support couldn't fix it and then stopped responding. Otherwise, the app itself is satisfactory, but that’s not even the major problem. When my trial was ending (you have to guess when that is because they don’t tell you anywhere), I unsubscribed on the website BEFORE there were any charges on my credit card and promptly received a confirmation email. Nevertheless, my CC was charged LATER that day for the next month. I emailed their customer service (no phone # on their app or website) and requested a refund/reversal. Almost 48 hours later, still no response from them (it wasn’t a weekend) and the charge went from pending to full. Also this is a stretch but I think a function where you can change the speed of the video would be super cool too.
