Most customers cant see the total. Add an option to text message them a receipt. On the signature swipe screen show the total amount on that screen so customers can see the amount they agree to have on a transaction. Lastly as a security precaution lets say I lose my phone and don't use the new iphone features. There should be a pin code to reach the main screen. This would prevent a thief from voiding any previous transactions. ### 3/5 — Great app but needs password *2013-07-28, version 1.5.13* This is a great app but please put a password on the app to add another layer of security. ### 2/5 — What happened? *2013-06-07, version 1.5.12* The recent update is terrible. I almost always have to run cards multiple times before it will go thru. It says "sorry service not available at this time" the previous version was perfect. I never write reviews for apps. So it has to be pretty bad if I do this. Please either fix bugs or allow us to revert to previous version. ### 2/5 — Owner/operator *2013-01-21, version 1.5.10* Extremely poor tech support. Changes installed for single user convenience with all others ignored. These people have no comprehension of their impact on a multi user system. There is no caring about outages that effect user high speed business. ### 4/5 — Ownr *2012-11-11, version 1.5.9* Good app overall but you have GOT to fix how slow it is from time you click on the button to 'use' until the app is ready to swipe card......it can take over a minute sometimes it is ok most times takes way to long on apple iOS current version ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Takes too long *2018-01-17, version 2.4.3* It takes 3 to 5 days for money to go into your account that’s entirely too long for any small business when they can make the money go inside the account automatically instantly like PayPal then I will come back. However PayPal have a chargeback system where customers can charge the money back that’s what makes PayPal horrible. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed app *2018-01-16, version 2.4.3* Of the various mobile credit card processing apps out there this is the worst. With the Jan 2018 update it now crashes each time I try to process a credit card manually. Additionally, the way that customers must sign on top of a map without the usual X________ (that any sensible app would have) is confusing, even to the most tech savvy. Lastly, when signing it will not allow you to turn the phone horizontally, so you only have a tiny space. I wish I had another option. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2016-01-13, version 2.1* Since my last review, nothing has been done to correct any issues. Thank you! Would be much nicer and more room for signatures in landscape mode. Out of 7 attempts we only got 2 transactions to work. Tech support was friendly but could not solve problem. So far it has been great, and was relatively hassle-free to setup (once I typed in my credentials correctly). Signature approval shows up whenever a customer picks up their finger causing them to get confused, additionally the customer will then at that point hit the approve button before you can tell them to go the option to send an email receipt. Forcing you to go back to the reports and send it from there. The buttons and screen display is too small for the iPhone 4s and some buttons get cut off as a result, making entry difficult. ### 4/5 — Great for business *2014-01-20, version 1.5.17* I love this app! It makes it so much easier to run credit cards at trade shows and has increased our sales at shows.
