It’s always been glitchy but I’ve dealt with it because it was a decent app for a quick Qwixx fix. Now, all of a sudden, I get on, and to play with opponents they have it blocked behind a paywall. I’m not going to pay to use the app I’ve been using for free for years. I’m deleting it from here. ### 1/5 — Paid for full game…..but it won't unlock full version *2023-12-26* After several days of constantly freezing screens and numerous glitches, I thought for $.99 maybe the full version would be better. Paid my money….full version won't open. I thought I would try to rebuy, maybe something went wrong with the purchase process. Nope…it says I already own the full version. Can’t play at all on iPad. ### 1/5 — Frozen on Main Screen *2022-02-18* Feb. 18, 2022 - I just downloaded the app from the Apple App Store. It installed fine. I opened the app and it appeared to load fine, leaving me at the main screen, with the option buttons (play, high score, settings, etc.). However, no buttons work. I tapped every button with my finger and with a stylus, and tapped all over the screen. Nothing happened. There was no response, no change whatsoever. It just sits there on the main screen. I restarted my iPad to see if that was the problem. The problem remained. I deleted the app. :( It’s a broken app, at on my iPad. ### 1/5 — Hahaha IAP on the Score Card??! *2021-04-18* Don’t buy ### 2/5 — Not yet ready for prime time. *2023-08-18* You auto forfeit if you exceed a timer that isn’t shown anywhere. Graphical bugs. Pretty sure it wouldn’t let me lock out a row when I had the chance. One round I could only see half my dice. My wife and I have not managed to play a complete game against each other after several tries due to the timer. Also you can cheat and look at your opponents card? This could be cool but it needs to work first! ### 2/5 — Should be played with REAL opponents *2021-05-31* Before you spend the money, be aware! Good digital version of a classic dice game EXCEPT you can only play a solitary or with BOTS, not real people. Well built app *2021-04-25* Qwixx is a really fun game of strategy. It can be played fast (think checkout line at the store) and every game is different. I like the “random” option or multiplayer version. The app is well built and easy to operate. The scorecard is excellent and I’ll never use a paper one again. Thanks to those who made this! Highly recommended! ### 4/5 — Good game *2021-10-27* I’ve only played the game solo thus far. It’s perfect. On edit: I’ve reduced my rating from 5 stars to 4. Here are a few that I have experienced: -It occasionally misidentifies the winner of a multiplayer game (usually when the score is close) -It sometimes doesn’t recognize when a game should be over - I’ve seen it play on after two rows are locked. -From time to time it will fail to credit me with an extra ‘x’ for locking a row.
