## What is QwOT?

QwOT is safe, quick and easy to use and allows users to share their personal information. 
SAFE - QwOT codes are encrypted and details cannot be read or overheard
- reduces risk to health from using pen/paper/screens
- information is stored on a secure database and automatically deleted after 21 days.
- your information remains on your phone unless you choose to share it
QUICK - codes are quick to create and quick to scan - speeding up entry to venues
- make codes in advance, save to use every time you visit
EASY - you only need to enter your information once, create a code and save it!

Your safety is paramount:
- all information remains on your phone
- QwOT codes are encrypted - details are not viewable when scanned
- information cannot be read, overheard or copied
- information is automatically deleted from the database after 21 days
- you decide who to share your information with
- information is only downloaded for the purposes agreed between you and the business
- QwOT simply provides a safe mechanism of transfer

Businesses will let you know the information they want to collect - look out for QwOT posters, website and social media posts from businesses that you visit. Simply make your code, scan and enter!
