## What is QXR Patient?

Accessing your images has never been easier with Queensland X-Ray. 

Use our App any time of the day or night to:

·       access your images and reports (after your scan)
·       share your results with family, friends or medical professionals
·       Request an appointment
·       update your email and password
·       Manage notifications for your images and your reports

How does it work?

Already registered for the Queensland X-Ray Patient Portal? Log in using your mobile phone number and password.

If you haven’t registered, ask one of our team members at your next appointment for instructions on how. You will be asked for your mobile number and email address, including your authorisation to receive a text to register. You will then receive an SMS message containing a link to create your account. 

Once you have an account you can log in at any time to see your images and your reports. Your reports will be uploaded 14 days after we have authorised and sent the report to your referring doctor.

It’s important for you to go back to your doctor to get your results, so we won’t send them until you’ve had time to make that appointment. Our doctors will always personally call your doctor if the scans show anything unexpected.

How hard can it be!  Setup account, verify, view.  Not with this app. Terrible signup logon process, glitchy, won’t go back to summary results.

This is the glitchiest app. It doesn’t load, says the password is wrong and when you finally get in, the scans won’t load. Incredibly frustrating when you aren’t allowed to take photos in the room. This is the only means to receive scans and it DOESN’T WORK! Sort it out.

Cannot access old images, wheel of death trying to load. Initial screen take you to download the app while on the app already.
Too many glitches for this to be anything good.

Fails to recognize the password just entered and proceeds to lock me out of the account just created. The operators at the clinic whom performed the ultrasound were fine, but the access to the images and the app is beyond bs and needs an overhaul of policy so that clients have easy instant access to their images. Booking well in advance to avoid this clownery at, the less expensive but far better quality option, of North Queensland X-Ray.

Unable to have the App open regardless on how I approach it

I’ve provided feedback and nothing happens. The app is so slow to load pictures if at all. Really disappointing considering how big QLD X-ray is and how much you pay at each ultra scan appointment. Don’t bother downloading, such a waste of time. Very frustrating.

Tried browser instead , no error but so woefully slow I gave up!
