Consistently terrible speed, website is no better. Wouldn’t use it if I didn’t have a choice and could review images another way ### 1/5 — Annoying *2026-01-20, version 46.7629.3717* You need to fix the issue with setting up passwords. When you setup the initial password you have to do it on the website, which then defaults different information to the password manager to that which the app requires to sign in. Each time you want to login to the app you get an error and need to reset your password and go around in circles trying to work out how to login and resetting passwords. This is basic stuff that should not occur and would confuse many people who wouldn’t bother persisting. ### 1/5 — Very difficult to login to *2025-12-07, version 46.7629.3717* I don’t know if it is because I am on an iPhone but the set up system has sections that can’t be read because scroll doesn’t work & it wants to set up passwords on a QXR website that I think defaults to Google passwords, then you are supposed to use that password in the Apple Store App but on iPhone no Google passwords can be accessed inside the app. So after three attempts I gave up ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-11-20, version 46.7629.3717* I thought I was on dial up. Was advised QLD X-Ray no longer print images so have no way of getting images during pregnancy. Incredibly frustrating when you aren’t allowed to take photos in the room. This is the only means to receive scans and it DOESN’T WORK! Too many glitches for this to be anything good. The operators at the clinic whom performed the ultrasound were fine, but the access to the images and the app is beyond bs and needs an overhaul of policy so that clients have easy instant access to their images. Even includes scans I had 3 years ago!
