## What is Qyk Air?

Qyk Air enables the camera on your smartphone or tablet to scan barcodes into any website or web application.  Qyk Air improves your productivity by eliminating the need for manually filling out web-based forms.  Whether you are tracking employee events or counting inventory with a web-based application, Qyk Air allows you to quickly and accurately capture data by scanning the barcode into the web application of your choice.

Qyk Air is a web browser that allows users to scan data into fields that are available on the web page.  Qyk Air uses the built-in camera of iOS devices to scan barcodes making it quick and easy.  Organizations can now deploy mobile phones and tablets than bulky PCs with barcode scanning hardware.

To scan a barcode into a web page is this simple:
  1. Scan or enter the web site you wish to work with
  2. Navigate to the page that is requesting data to be entered
  3. Tap the "Scan" button to activate the camera
  4. Scan the barcode

The data is then populated into the field and submitted to the web app
