## What is R?

このアプリは、R-body project監修の元、SOAP(診療録：カルテの書式の1つ)の考えをシステム化し、トレーニング効果を最大化させるために生まれたシステムです。

Subjective（主観）
生活習慣・運動習慣に関するアンケートやトレーニングの目的などを記録

Objective（客観）
身体の動きや姿勢・身体データなどをC-BOXに記録、蓄積

Assessment（評価）
Subjective・Objectiveで得られたデータを元に身体の状態を評価

Plan（計画）
Assessmentから浮き彫りになった課題や目的に合わせトレーニングメニューを作成しトレーナーが施設で指導
