### 2/5 — Mad

*2023-08-25*

I’m not gonna spend an additional hundred dollars on one of your trackers that I put on my clubs

### 3/5 — Rapsodo app results

*2021-11-04, version 1.1*

Received my Rapsodo r motion and seems the yardages are off sometimes! I mean it tells me I hit an 8 iron 235 yards. The driver accuracy is also a bit off. I notice that after each shot if you remove the sensor on the clip and push it back in , it helps get better results, still the yardage is off sometimes but on a good note. Give me an extra 10-50 yards over :). Overall the concept is much better spending $5k and the TGC pc app is way more accurate. I use that more than anything. Product is probably worth $99 at best. $200 bucks and only came with 1 clip...no bueno!!

### 2/5 — Very unreliable

*2020-05-28, version 1.1*

This app is hit or miss. One day it will be working perfectly then the very next day I can't even login. This app has the potential to be awesome but you can tell rhapsody did not put much effort in making this app reliable. All the potential is there but the app falls flat in my books because of reliability of the app.

### 3/5 — Potentially good product but not a recommended buy yet...

*2020-04-20, version 1.1*

The product itself is well made and everything it offers for the price is fantastic. With that being said, the software itself is wildly inaccurate. The main sell of the product aside from the simulation is the ability to track club path, face angle, and club speed. The issue is with the calibration of the sensor.

In an ideal world the software would have a calibration setting which would compensate for any rotational offset between the club face at square and the sensor. The system would then be able to tell when a player is taking a shot with an open or closed club face at address. When calibrated the sensor would also know the standard shaft plane so that when a specialty shot is played using a different shaft lean, the system could understand and represent that with data.

At bare minimum, this system needs to be able to calibrate such that it knows what “square” is at address.

Until that happens, I wouldn’t recommend this product for any kind of game improvement investment. For now it’s just a neat toy.

### 3/5 — Needs to be better

*2020-04-03, version 1.1*

For the money spent, this app needs to work much better than it does. The app alone will open about 50% of the time I try and open it. The swing analysis is fun and was more accurate after I tweaked the club specs to my exact clubs. Very, very disappointed you can’t download the golf course for the IOS on a Mac. This is 2020 people.

### 2/5 — Inconsistent

*2020-02-13, version 1.1*

The more you play the more you know your yardage. Especially when you hit clean. This is cheap and not accurate. Also my app will show I’m connected but will not track a swing/hit

Using the app iPhone XR

### 3/5 — Could be better.

*2020-02-02, version 1.1*

Ball flight, path, angle, distance, etc. are wildly different than what my eye and Toptracer at my local range tell me. But this is an inexpensive device that is installed by amateurs and I expect that. The real issue is if this adequate for a home simulator. I assume it probably is.

The real issue I have is the “tempo” part. It provides only whole numbers. There is a big difference between 2:1 and 3:1. I jump a lot between the two; which means I might be all the way from 1.5:1 to 3.4:1, or maybe just 2.4:1 to 2.5:1. Tempo is the only statistic that I know this device can read 100% correctly, but I receive an almost useless number.

### 2/5 — Crashes all the time

*2020-01-18, version 1.1*

Great when it works but crashes more than it works

### 3/5 — Need more

*2019-06-18, version 1.1*

I do love the r motion for instant feedback but all i really want is a mobile game. A golf game exactly like “the golf club” but mobile and you can use your sensors to play 18 holes in your living room without hooking up a computer to a tv when your wife is already mad you have a golf net up in the living room. PLEASE R MOTION. MAKE A MOBILE GAME. PLEASE!!!!

### 4/5 — Works Well

*2019-03-22, version 1.1*

Seems fairly accurate and works well. There are obvious times I hit a bad shot and get a bad reading and I just move on not a big deal. Being left handed the ball flights though are for right-handers but the numbers still reflect accurate ball/path/smash etc. just a little weird on the app to see your ball going the opposite way you know you hit it- yes set to left handed in app. No issue on the TPC pc app though.

### 4/5 — Reliable App - Update Suggested

*2019-02-08*

Consistent and accurate results, however it would be good to be able to stay on the “Stats” page with every shot without having to flip back and forth to the driving range.

### 2/5 — Crashes

*2019-01-21, version 1.1*

The app crashes on iPad a ton however it’s working fine on my iPhone. Please resolve this with an update.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — iPhone App

*2020-07-30, version 1.1*

App doesn’t work at all. Waste of $200

### 1/5 — Terrible - Do not buy

*2020-05-28, version 1.1*

Horrific purchase. Either the sensor doesn’t work or the app just says “loading” on the start screen

Only review I’ve ever written... Support the competitors bc it can’t be this bad

### 1/5 — Poor app

*2020-05-12, version 1.1*

Keeps logging me out. Hard to log back in

### 1/5 — Product review

*2020-04-26, version 1.1*

This product is very poorly designed. The clips do not fit well on the club shaft and break very easily. Took a couple swings and I broke two. Also the tracking of the ball flight and distance is very poor. Doesn’t come with a very well instruction manual on how to set everything up. Lastly could not download any courses since we have a Mac. In all I would not recommend buying this product due to all these unfortunate issues that we had.

### 1/5 — Worthless.

*2020-04-04, version 1.1*

My average drive is 294 yards with variances upwards of 310-330, the longest this device ever reported was 236 yards with my driver. I hit my 3 iron 230. It’s wildly inaccurate. My 7i on a normal day is 175, on this device, 138...come on that’s PW distance. Don’t waste your money.

### 1/5 — Junk! Can’t even create an account.

*2020-02-26, version 1.1*

Every time I try to make an account it says my password doesn’t qualify. I’ve tried many different passwords that fits the criteria.

### 1/5 — Mobile App is terrible

*2019-12-27, version 1.1*

At home using the software shots come out relatively accurate. At the range with the phone I’m getting half the distance of what my ball is actually flying swing speed looks good but angle of attack or something is off.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-09-12*

Tried several times to register but failed. App does not work.

### 1/5 — Update: No update - Nothing but issues...

*2019-05-25, version 1.1*

Update: after Returning this to amazon in December, I thought I would give it another shot since all of these good reviews keep coming in. So I bought it again and received it today.

My original view is exactly the same. I can’t understand how a company that charges $300 bucks for a product cannot produce a user manual. It would take me an afternoon to produce a comprehensive user guide ... without typos.

I have yet to register a swing in this app. Even though it shows Bluetooth being connected, the sensor is properly aligned, I square the club and wait for a second before Takeaway, etc. It does nothing.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste ur money

*2019-01-31, version 1.1*

Intermittent at best. It’s a toy. If u can get it to work it’s great, just not worth the frustration to me. Customer no service just replies via email sporadically. Three days later, nothing. Sending mine back

### 5/5 — Updated review

*2021-04-24, version 1.1*

Update the apP !!!! Please

### 5/5 — epic

*2020-06-02*

epic

### 5/5 — Might not be perfect but

*2020-03-24*

I’ve used my r motion for two years now. Not saying it’s super accurate. But it does give you some visuals in my garage net. App doesn’t always start up first time. Which is a pain but it’s been great overall for the price.

### 5/5 — A great start for the BEST Golf Simulator/Analyzer!

*2019-03-11, version 1.1*

It’s a great start for R-Motion.
Amazing support from the company when you need help so hopefully their will be more updates very soon!

Accuracy Wise it takes some dialing of the clubs but once you do it’s almost spot on for Shot Shape and distance is very close.

This is the go to sim right now for golf under $1300. And it’s more flexible than almost any sim out there.

A++

### 5/5 — Great upgrade

*2018-12-10, version 1.1*

Had it one years ago but not worked with cell phone. Now, it is great in driving range!!!

### 5/5 — Great

*2018-11-06, version 1.1*

Love the phone app to compliment the PC software.

### 5/5 — Works Great!

*2018-09-23, version 1.0*

To use this app you must have the R-motion tracker. Once you have this device connected it is simple to use and provides accurate feedback. Not only is this app a virtual driving range but it is also a “swing coach” as it provides feedback on swing path! I have tried similar devices; this one is the best!

### 5/5 — R Motion is the greatest!

*2018-09-19, version 1.0*

The app is flawless and the software is on point. I have to say that using r-motion has improved my golf game astronomically! I went from a 95 handicap to 85 in the last 4 months due to the feedback that r-motion has given me. Now that I'm able to bring my iPhone to the driving range this will make the trip much easier! Thanks for the great work you guys do! The support is second to none.

### 4/5 — Good but needs tempo visible in more locations

*2020-05-29*

Please add option for tempo to swing tab so it’s visible after each shot and add it to the history tab

### 4/5 — Sorted

*2020-02-28*

Type in all numbers, one upper case, one lower case letters as your password
