## What is АR Universe?

Tactual sensations are of utmost importance for a child who is starting to discover the world. Wooden cubes and construction sets are very important tools for development of children. But modern kids are not eager to only play with “classic” toys, especially nowadays in the age of global informatization, when tablets have become irreplaceable helpers for parents and sources of entertainment for children.

But how can we combine traditional toy cubes and a modern gadget? The answer is simple: we can use the technology of augmented reality to make wooden cubes come to life on the screen telling you about cosmic bodies and objects. It is true magic!

«AR Universe» set consits of 9 cubes, a mobile application and a manual.

The application recognizes 6 correctly assembled images showing vivid, colorful, anuimated 3D models and accompanying them with stories. Children and their parents can go on an unforgettable adventure across the Solar system, watch a carrier rocket in action and learn interesting facts about planets and space ships.

The application is available in the Russian, English and German languages, has a text description for each animation and a test with 5 questions.

С первой попытки приложение не открывало камеру и даже не запросило доступ к ней. Пришлось установить снова. Со второй попытки заработало, но изображение дрожит и трясётся. А так - интересные кубики, но можно было бы добавить какой-то рассказ к изображению на пару предложений и сделать так, чтобы картинка на тряслась и не дрожала при наведении камеры
